Wet & Forget is the ultimate outdoor moss, mold, mildew and algae stain remover. Just apply Wet & Forget to any exterior surface and forget about it. Mother Nature does the rest. The wind and rain gently clean the surface.

Hi Dan,

Wet & Forget is a cleaner for removing moss, mold, mildew, algae and even lichen from any exterior surface including vinyl decking. If you have green and black growth on your deck then this is the product for you. All you have to do is mix the product with water in a garden pump sprayer and apply to your deck and the job is done. Each time it rains, Wet & Forget is reactivated to gently break down the growth and remove it from the surface. Results are not instant but slowly your surface will come clean without you having to scrub or power wash. Wet & Forget absorbs to the surface so it'll always be cleaning for up to a year, so most customers will re-apply once a year. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for commenting.

I have not seen anything about cleaning vinyl (Duradeck type) decking. I am looking for a general purpose cleaner. I used a product that you were to spray on, wait 30 seconds and wash off. I was disapointed, even after scubbing with a brush. I still have streaks on the deck surface, especially down the vertical surfaces of the stairs. Is Wet and Forget the product that I am looking for?

Hi Cathy,

You're fine to use Wet & Forget Shower even if your cats will hang out in the shower you're cleaning up. What you want to do is spray down your shower after the last shower of the day and then leave it on there for as long as you can, for best results you want to keep it on for the rest of the day and then rise off the next before the first shower. You would only do this once a week.

If your cats have to be in the shower everyday, spray on and leave for as long as you can (the longer the better) and then rinse the areas sprayed, with water. Be sure to rinse well before allowing your cats back on the surface. Thanks for asking.

I have two cats whose "home base" is in our bathroom. Can I use wet and forget in my shower, if the cats will be in the bathroom while we are away from home?

Hi Julia,

The only difference between the two bottles is the labeling. Wet & Forget is an EPA registered product in all 50 states. In California there are different regulations so we have to change our labeling, for example you will not see the word moss on California bottles of Wet & Forget. There are no formulation differences. Thanks for asking.

Hi Sam,

Wet & Forget is safe to apply near a well, there will be no contamination in the water supply. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for commenting.

We are on a well system. The well itself is approximately 10 feet away from our deck. Is there a possibility that the product would contaminate our drinking supply?

Hi Tyler,

Wet & Forget is safe to use on your camper/travel trailer, aluminum siding, the roof, and even the awning. Wet & Forget has no bleach, is non-caustic and non-acidic so it's safe to use on all exterior surfaces from fabric awnings all the way to painted brick. For best results, apply Wet & Forget with a garden pump sprayer and thoroughly saturate each and every one of your surfaces. Let dry and each time it rains, the product will be reactivated to remove the organic growths. Let me know if you have any more questions and thank you for asking.
